New fancy printing table
The New Technology Initiative helped us to buy a new fancy flat bed printing table and it is wonderful.
It has a front-register locking device that improves registration and print quality so the percentage of prints we are not happy with is much smaller. The printing table has a one-arm squeegee unit connected to an 8-bearing carriage assembly that gives ease of operation and a uniform pull, even for large prints. It means we can now print up to B1 (1000 x 707 mm) in size.
We opted for a table designed and built by Nottingham company Natgraph because they are a local business and they make quality equipment that is made to last. It is about as high tech as you can get without getting a machine to print for you. And where would be the fun in that!

Forgot to say good luck with your machine, it's good to hear of people investing in a recession!
From http://www.screen-machine.co.uk on 2010-01-02Natgraph are a great manufacturer, just make sure you keep it clean some of the screen printers I come across tend to leave the ink all over them! A tidy machine produces tidy work, that's our motto.
