Saving time and water

This isn’t just any plastic box - THIS is a plastic box that enables us to save water and time.  If only it could do that for everyone.  It’s a tank for reclaiming screens (removing the emulsion from the mesh so that the screen can be used again). The Easiway Dip system means that we can fill it with cleaning chemicals and use these again and again to reclaim screens. At our usage rate it may last for six months or more. For each screen we leave it to soak for a few minutes and then blast it with water to clean the emulsion off. A quick brush over with detergent and another rinse and they're done. It saves loads of time, which is great but the best thing about it is that none of the cleaning chemicals have any hazard warnings on at all. We love you screen reclamation tank.
