Trans Europe Express

We took the sleeper train from Paris to Berlin and loved it. We got a 4-berth couchette, which was pretty cosy. The 6-berth must’ve been pretty tight as it’s the same size. Once I got used to the motion I slept really well and it’s exciting to wake up somewhere new. We arrived into Berlin at 9am. What a civilised way to travel. Our stopped at loads of German towns overnight and continued on to Moscow. I was a bit disappointed not to be staying on there. Maybe next time.
