Delivery within the UK costs £2 for one item, and £3 for two or more items. Delivery to anywhere else in Europe costs £3 for one item, and £4 for two or more items. Delivery to the rest of the world costs £4 for one item, and £6 for two of more items.
We aim to deliver to UK addresses within 2-5 working days of receiving your order. Orders of one or two items can be sent by airmail, which takes 9-10 days to Europe, or 13-15 days to the rest of the world. Larger orders are sent by surface mail, which can take several weeks. Orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail or with our courier.
We try to hold everything in stock but this is not always possible. If delivery will be delayed in any way we will notify you by email. We will wait for three days and then send the items that we do have in stock and will print any outstanding items as soon as possible for subsequent delivery at no extra charge to you.
If you miss your delivery, you will be left a card by Royal Mail or our courier with details of how to arrange re-delivery or collect from your local depot.
Please contact us if you do not receive your goods within a week of the estimated delivery time and we will trace your delivery and rectify the situation.
We hope you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition. If goods are damaged or faulty we will refund the full (reasonable) cost of returning the product to us. Please include your name, order number, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
