Biography

"I love the little dirty things and thoughts that make us try and present the illusion of being good wholesome people. Even those who revel in it probably want hugs every now and again. All the silly secrets and desires you carry with you, and the early morning post-pissed panic when you realise you might have let some of them slip. I live in South London, and am happy that there are trees here; I love sherbet, hangover giggles, and tequila. I make little comics, and crude art. I do artwork from time to time for people who are nice enough to ask."

Chris Getliffe is an artist, graphic designer, sometimes writer and occasional film-maker. Chris' works have been featured in publications such as Disorder and Incoming, he exhibits around London, and has worked for a variety of clients doing everything from album artwork to recycling campaigns. Chris produces the 'Kitchen District' comic, which is distributed by Smallzone Comics.
