We use superior, eco-friendly garments from trusted suppliers, print to a high standard and check each print to ensure the highest quality.

I Dress Myself gives our Customers a guarantee on all our products and services.

If you are not happy with any part of our service, please contact the Office within 30 days of receipt of your Goods.  Subject to the following exceptions, we will seek to rectify the problem or offer a full refund.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, the Buyers statutory rights.

 

EXCEPTIONS

We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction.  However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

 

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

* Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the Customer

* Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images

* Design errors introduced by the Customer in the design creation process

* Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size

Please examine your artwork and proofs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to approving the order.

This does not extend to consequential loss, for which we are not liable.
